Needed a prescription filled that a big brand store didn't stock and said they couldn't order. That same big brand store also said they couldn't find it at any... read more other stores in their chain. So I called Ultra Care Pharmacy and they had it in stock. When i went to pick it up the staff was very helpful - working with my insurance plan to get it approved and the manufacturer to honor a discount card to cover as much of the remaining cost as possible. i got the textbook definition of great customer service and will be using them again.

Dipen, the pharmacist, picked up on an error in... read more my insurance and it's been there for at least a year yet no other pharmacy has ever taken the time to notify me nor try to resolve it. He did both and quickly. Everyone is honest and executes this highly regulated profession with integrity and ethical adherence to guidelines for ensuring the safety of their patients. More importantly they know exactly what they can and can't do based on those regulations and were able to service the customer while maintaining their duty to the law ensuring my safety. So thank you very much Ultra Care for your exceptional service!

I've been around since Ultra Care Pharmacy opened. I've seen the ups and downs of this special pharmacy. The owner and all the professionals make this place better than the... read more chain/mom & pop pharmacies. Ultra Care has this organic atmosphere that feels like you are part of their community. They take about fifteen minutes to fill 20 prescriptions for my sister and I. I always call a day ahead, (before noon) and they always have my medicines. No issues. Uncomplicated. Just a class above the rest.

With that said, I can see the stress and exhaustion that goes with keeping all the insurance, doctors, and patients happy..yet they haven’t let me down 1 time in the past couple years I’ve been with them.
