I was greeted kindly when I walked in and assisted quickly with a smile. I won’t ever return to cvs where they treat you like they are doing you a favor by filling your prescriptions!! I am fed up with their rude attitude and mistakes. Dealing with ultra pharmacy is a welcomed change! I always prefer to Support a smaller local business anyway.

Ultra care pharmacy is very professional and personable. They remember your names and even your voice over the phone. Before you have a chance to say who you are. They already know and ready to answer all your questions. They deliver to you, if you can not make it to them. They always work with you and make the impossible possible. Came from a different pharmacy and had been having a lot of different issues with getting my prescription promptly, and then the pharmacy completely stopped carrying it without telling me, leaving me in a bind. Ultra care had been one of the providers for my prescription so I took a chance and called and have been living stress-free ever since! The only pharmacy I can actually say has the patients back.

I've been around since Ultra Care Pharmacy opened. I've seen the ups and downs of this special pharmacy. The owner and all the professionals make this place better than the chain/mom & pop pharmacies. Ultra Care has this organic atmosphere that feels like you are part of their community. They take about fifteen minutes to fill 20 prescriptions for my sister and I. I always call a day ahead, (before noon) and they always have my medicines. No issues. Uncomplicated. Just a class above the rest.
