Ultracare is a pleasant neighborhood Pharmacy, like the old days. The entire staff is fast and courteous; they have free home delivery service too. For the patients with chronic conditions, the pharmacy contacts Physicians for the refill and calls patients to remind them that prescriptions are ready for pickup. Excellent service! These days is hard to find a pharmacy where they recognize you as soon as you enter the door, and call you by your name as they do at Ultra Care Pharmacy. The pharmacists the the time to look for the best option on price for the medications. When a big pharmacy told me "I don't have time for this", Dr. Patel, at Ultra Care looked himself for my medication, and even for a coupon for it.

Ultra Care Pharmacy is the best!!! I suffer from several medical conditions, as a result of which, I have a very complicated prescription profile. It has been a revelation to find a pharmacy that conscientiously fulfills the role of the pharmacist as a core of the medical ecosystem. For instance, I sent Dipen Patel my latest glucose readings last week, and he sent me a detailed email as to what questions I need to ask my endocrinologist, my primary care physician, my neurologist, about which specific medications. I cannot say enough nice things about Dipen Patel and his staff (Steve, Libby, Megan, Fernanda, Neil, Ridhi, and Bharat), whether it be fighting on my behalf with recalcitrant insurance companies for extremely complicated preauthorizations, providing regular reminders, delivering on time, or dealing with urgent situations, always with a smile and unrelenting optimism; they are truly THE BEST!!!

Fast and friendly service, were able to fill a prescription for meds that CVS (and others) no longer carried. The gentleman who helped me not only got me the best deal in pricing, but showed me how use my meds properly. Highly recommend!

Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure they have the drug you need. In particular, I have a medication which 2 of 3 generic brands give me a very bad dry mouth side effect. Immediately after mentioning this, the pharmacist asked if I knew the manufacturer and showed me he type of pill they had of the generics to compare in hopes of being able to make sure I was able to get the medication I was most comfortable with. As a first time patient, I am very impressed and will be moving my prescriptions all to this pharmacy.

Great Service ! I was looking for some discount on my medication as my insurance doesn't cover it,I tried to apply some basic discount coupons , Dr Patel explained those coupons are not worth, instead he looked up for Provider discount and found First month free medication from Provider and applied it. its hard to find a service like this else where, they try to provide the best available options for you.
