Needed a prescription filled that a big brand store didn't stock and said they couldn't order. That same big brand store also said they couldn't find it at any... read more other stores in their chain. So I called Ultra Care Pharmacy and they had it in stock. When i went to pick it up the staff was very helpful - working with my insurance plan to get it approved and the manufacturer to honor a discount card to cover as much of the remaining cost as possible. i got the textbook definition of great customer service and will be using them again.

My wife jokes... read more that I go to Ultra Care Pharmacy to hang out with them... :-) I suffer from several medical conditions, as a result of which, I have a very complicated prescription profile. It has been a revelation to find a pharmacy that conscientiously fulfills the role of the pharmacist as a core of the medical ecosystem. For instance, I sent Dipen Patel my latest glucose readings last week, and he sent me a detailed email as to what questions I need to ask my endocrinologist, my primary care physician, my neurologist, about which specific medications. I cannot say enough nice things about Dipen Patel and his staff (Steve, Libby, Megan, Fernanda, Neil, Ridhi, and Bharat), whether it be fighting on my behalf with recalcitrant insurance companies for extremely complicated preauthorizations, providing regular reminders, delivering on time, or dealing with urgent situations, always with a smile and unrelenting optimism; they are truly THE BEST!!!

Great Service ! I was looking for some discount on my medication as my insurance doesn't cover it,I tried to apply some basic discount coupons , Dr Patel explained those... read more coupons are not worth, instead he looked up for Provider discount and found First month free medication from Provider and applied it. its hard to find a service like this else where, they try to provide the best available options for you.
