Ultracare is a pleasant neighborhood Pharmacy, like the old days. The entire staff is fast and courteous; they have free home delivery service too. For the patients with chronic conditions, the pharmacy contacts Physicians for the refill and calls patients to remind them that prescriptions are ready for pickup. The staff recognizes all regular patients by name. If the insurance can't cover the medications, they voluntarily offer discounted rates or wholesale prices. It’s a friendly environment, and I recommend Ultracare Pharmacy with confidence.

Call ahead a couple days before your scripts are to be filled. Their stock has always been better than any chain pharmacy. Easy going and quick! Can't beat em.

This is the only pharmacy that I’ve gone to that genuinely cares about the patient. The pharmacists are not afraid to fight for you when you’re in a bind with insurance or your doctor. With that said, I can see the stress and exhaustion that goes with keeping all the insurance, doctors, and patients happy..yet they haven’t let me down 1 time in the past couple years I’ve been with them. THANK YOU FOR BEING A ONE OF A KIND PHARMACY

This pharmacist is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. I filled a custom nasal rinse solution after my surgery and he made every effort to have it ready ASAP.

Needed a prescription filled that a big brand store didn't stock and said they couldn't order. That same big brand store also said they couldn't find it at any other stores in their chain. So I called Ultra Care Pharmacy and they had it in stock. When i went to pick it up the staff was very helpful - working with my insurance plan to get it approved and the manufacturer to honor a discount card to cover as much of the remaining cost as possible. i got the textbook definition of great customer service and will be using them again.

Ultra Care Pharmacy is more than just a place to get our prescriptions filled, it's a familiar place with caring and efficient staff who go above and beyond for their clients. This is by far the best service that I have ever received, not only from a pharmacy but in general. They went above and beyond to create ointments for my daughter and even delivered right to my door mid-pandemic when I was unable to travel with a newborn. I wish we could use Ultra Care for everything!
