Great customer service. I went there for a specific drug needed for one of my kids and they were so great to deal with, that I am now going to move all my family prescriptions over to them. They even have free delivery.

Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure they have the drug you need. In particular, I have a medication which 2 of 3 generic brands give me a very bad dry mouth side effect. Immediately after mentioning this, the pharmacist asked if I knew the manufacturer and showed me he type of pill they had of the generics to compare in hopes of being able to make sure I was able to get the medication I was most comfortable with. As a first time patient, I am very impressed and will be moving my prescriptions all to this pharmacy.

Ultracare Pharmacy in Germantown MD is the absolute best pharmacy with the most professional and personable employees I’ve ever received service from! The kind staff: delivery driver; receptionist(s); and pharmacists, are all super helpful and have treated me with respect every time I interact with them. I appreciate that an independent pharmacy needs to be exceptional in everything: business management and administration; technical expertise; and individualized, compassionate care. Ultra Care Pharmacy is the best!!! I suffer from several medical conditions, as a result of which, I have a very complicated prescription profile. It has been a revelation to find a pharmacy that conscientiously fulfills the role of the pharmacist as a core of the medical ecosystem. For instance, I sent Dipen Patel my latest glucose readings last week, and he sent me a detailed email as to what questions I need to ask my endocrinologist, my primary care physician, my neurologist, about which specific medications. I cannot say enough nice things about Dipen Patel and his staff (Steve, Libby, Megan, Fernanda, Neil, Ridhi, and Bharat), whether it be fighting on my behalf with recalcitrant insurance companies for extremely complicated preauthorizations, providing regular reminders, delivering on time, or dealing with urgent situations, always with a smile and unrelenting optimism; they are truly THE BEST!!!

This is by far the best service that I have ever received, not only from a pharmacy but in general. They went above and beyond to create ointments for my daughter and even delivered right to my door mid-pandemic when I was unable to travel with a newborn. I wish we could use Ultra Care for everything!

Needed a prescription filled that a big brand store didn't stock and said they couldn't order. That same big brand store also said they couldn't find it at any other stores in their chain. So I called Ultra Care Pharmacy and they had it in stock. When i went to pick it up the staff was very helpful - working with my insurance plan to get it approved and the manufacturer to honor a discount card to cover as much of the remaining cost as possible. i got the textbook definition of great customer service and will be using them again.
