Ultra Care Pharmacy is the best!!! I suffer from several medical conditions, as a result of which, I have a very complicated prescription profile. It has been a revelation to find a... read more pharmacy that conscientiously fulfills the role of the pharmacist as a core of the medical ecosystem. For instance, I sent Dipen Patel my latest glucose readings last week, and he sent me a detailed email as to what questions I need to ask my endocrinologist, my primary care physician, my neurologist, about which specific medications. I cannot say enough nice things about Dipen Patel and his staff (Steve, Libby, Megan, Fernanda, Neil, Ridhi, and Bharat), whether it be fighting on my behalf with recalcitrant insurance companies for extremely complicated preauthorizations, providing regular reminders, delivering on time, or dealing with urgent situations, always with a smile and unrelenting optimism; they are truly THE BEST!!!

Very prompt, courteous, and helpful. Once they called me to let me know they were closing in 15 minutes and would stay open to make sure I got my medication... read more if I came ASAP. I didn't answer the phone on the first ring and they called back until I answered because they knew it was important as I was coming from urgent care. I won't go anywhere else!

Entire Ultra Care staff was polite, professional and treated me as a valued and respected customer...What a breath of fresh air!! Dipen, the pharmacist, picked up on an error in... read more my insurance and it's been there for at least a year yet no other pharmacy has ever taken the time to notify me nor try to resolve it. He did both and quickly. Everyone is honest and executes this highly regulated profession with integrity and ethical adherence to guidelines for ensuring the safety of their patients. More importantly they know exactly what they can and can't do based on those regulations and were able to service the customer while maintaining their duty to the law ensuring my safety. So thank you very much Ultra Care for your exceptional service!

Most reliable and knowledgeable pharmacist I've worked with. Excellent customer service. The team does a great job handling my mom's medication. I highly recommend them.

The owner/operator Dipen Patel is a class act. His approach to be all about customer service is refreshing. He even offers free prescription delivery to your home. In my opinion,... read more his organization is the future of the "concierge" pharmaceutical industry. He is the first in this area to try implement this approach. I am lucky to have found him, and would tell everybody to drop your scripts with him, and see why I will never leave his care.
