Ultracare Pharmacy in Germantown MD is the absolute best pharmacy with the most professional and personable employees I’ve ever received service from! The kind staff: delivery driver; receptionist(s); and pharmacists, are all super helpful and have treated me with respect every time I interact with them. I appreciate that an independent pharmacy needs to be exceptional in everything: business management and administration; technical expertise; and individualized, compassionate care. Very prompt, courteous, and helpful. Once they called me to let me know they were closing in 15 minutes and would stay open to make sure I got my medication if I came ASAP. I didn't answer the phone on the first ring and they called back until I answered because they knew it was important as I was coming from urgent care. I won't go anywhere else!

Ultra Care Pharmacy closed at 7pm today however they know I live 45 minutes away and just filled my prescription after hours so that I would not need to make a separate trip. Best pharmacy ever!
