Dipen, the pharmacist, picked up on an error in... read more my insurance and it's been there for at least a year yet no other pharmacy has ever taken the time to notify me nor try to resolve it. He did both and quickly. Everyone is honest and executes this highly regulated profession with integrity and ethical adherence to guidelines for ensuring the safety of their patients. More importantly they know exactly what they can and can't do based on those regulations and were able to service the customer while maintaining their duty to the law ensuring my safety. Ultracare is a pleasant neighborhood Pharmacy, like the old days. The entire staff is fast and courteous; they have free home delivery service too. For the patients with chronic conditions,... read more the pharmacy contacts Physicians for the refill and calls patients to remind them that prescriptions are ready for pickup. The staff recognizes all regular patients by name. If the insurance can't cover the medications, they voluntarily offer discounted rates or wholesale prices. It’s a friendly environment, and I recommend Ultracare Pharmacy with confidence.
